1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Vexo API Gateway, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.

2. API Usage & Rate Limiting

Our free tier provides a rate limit of 100 requests per 5 hours. Attempting to bypass these limits via automated means or multiple keys is strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent ban.

3. Service Availability

We strive to ensure 99.9% uptime, but Vexo API is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

4. Liability

In no event shall Azzam Codex, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of the API.
